Hello Let me introduce myself. My name is Deborah Bellamy.

I am fulfilled as a Communication Consultant, Coach, Trainer. Facilitator and NVC-Mediator.

I have been running my own business for over the last 23 years and have freelanced most of my working life.
I am based in Vienna, Austria and work in Austria, Eastern/Western Europe and Asia.

I have trained, coached, and consulted, using both conventional and less conventional approaches. My background as a Superlearning teacher in Adult Education, G.I.M (Guided Imagery and Music for individuals and groups as facilitator. a presentation trainer have influnenced me as a Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer (CNVC - certified since 2003) for organisations, institutions, Teams , couples and individuals.

Since 2022 I have retired in the role of Assessor with the CNVC English-speaking European Assessor Team. This team is for Nonviolent Communication candidates who are on a process becoming CNVC certfied trainers.

I enjoy collaborating with a range of collegues to support the development of Organisations, Teams, and individuals.

I was born in Malta 1958. Grew up in England with my 3 sisters and parents.
Hitched around South America for one year. Lived on a 12 metre sail boat for 4 years. (Got terribly seasick). Lived in San Francisco, California (left a piece of my heart there.) Broke my arm Hang gliding in Austria. (Learnt my first German words "Es tut Weh"). Rode a 500cc motorbike for 7 years. I have a passion for nature, and animals therefore spend my free time in the "Waldviertel" (N.W. Austria) with my partner, stepson, border collie and friends on our old Farmhouse.

Personal Convictions

  • Everyone has self-healing powers and access to an inner wisdom.

  • Focusing on personal strengths enhances our potential and creative possibilities and leads to positive self-awareness.

  • We can use nature as a personal source of strength and self-strengthening. Reverence for all living things helps us to build self-respect and appreciation for ourselves and others.

  • Each person is unique and one of a kind and can begin to recognize their own worth and create a positive future for themselves and others at any moment in their lives.
